No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection (e.g. wrong size or colour)

Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)

We may offer an exchange on non-customised items, subject to the following:

• Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase

• Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must include a valid receipt or proof of purchase

All exchanges are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

 

 

Customised Items

Due to the nature of personalised products:

• No refunds or exchanges are available for custom clothing

• This includes items with custom prints, names, designs, or modifications

• Please double-check all design, size, and spelling details before confirming your order

 

 

Faulty Items

​

If your item is faulty or arrives not as described, please contact us at teecartel18@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and comply with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
